What is the 15% service fee based on?
The 15% service fee is calculated on the product value only, shipping cost is not included.
What is your cancellation & return policy?
A service fee will be charged for cancellations made before shipment. After the order is shipped, returns and exchanges are not allowed except for special‑case situations.
What do I do if my items get damaged during transit?
Please provide your unboxing video if products are damaged due to logistics issues. We will help you file a claim with the logistics provider.
